One person takes the lead by creating a From Us celebration board, we call this person the Guardian. During setup, and depending on the recipient’s location, the Guardian may choose to create a wallet. This allows contributors to purchase AllGiv tokens, which can be redeemed in the From Us Boutique. With or without a wallet, the board is then shared with friends, family, colleagues, or the wider community. Everyone invited can add a personal message, along with photos or video. When the moment feels right, the completed board is shared with the recipient bringing all messages and contributions together in one meaningful place.

Pay as you go
Create a board for $5.99, suitable for up to 25 contributors. Each contributor can share a message and a photo.
If you need more contributors, you can add additional groups of 25 as bolt-ons, charged at $5.99 per bolt-on.

Monthly subscription
Subscribe for $8.99 per month and create up to 8 boards each month, with up to 50 contributors per board. Contributors can share up to five photos each or one video. If you need more than 50 contributors on a board, you can add additional groups of 25 as bolt-ons.

Depending on the recipient’s location, you may be invited to create a wallet when setting up a From Us board. A wallet is a secure place where contributions for a board are held, allowing funds to be collected safely in one place. The wallet gives  the Guardian clear visibility and control, ensuring everything is organised and ready when it’s time to use or distribute the contribution. Contributing is always optional. There is no obligation or pressure to take part. Contributors can always skip the add to wallet step, and simply post a message alone. Should a contributor choose to add to the wallet, a small coins symbol appears alongside their message on the board. Contribution amounts are only visible to the Guardian.

Contributors add to the wallet by purchasing AllGiv tokens, which can be redeemed within the From Us Boutique in line with the purpose of the board.

The From Us Boutique offers a curated selection of thoughtful gifts and experiences that can be redeemed using AllGiv tokens collected in a board’s wallet. The Guardian can either select the gift on behalf of the group, or assign the wallet to the recipient so they can choose something that feels right for them. For moments that call for something more personal, our Concierge Service provides hands-on support in sourcing a meaningful gift or experience beyond what is available in the Boutique. Working closely with the Guardian, our concierge team helps translate the intention behind the board into a thoughtful outcome, always with care, discretion, and respect for the occasion.
