Yes. For a photograph the limit is 5mb and for a video it is 30mb.

The simplest way to understand how to create a From Us message board would be to refer to the "How To" videos contained within our Resources section.

The Wallet (Tokens) cannot be exchanged for cash. For compliance with regulations governing the collection of monies, the Tokens must be exchanged for a gift from the From Us Boutique.

Yes. During the message board creation process, you will see a toggle asking whether you wish to "open a gift wallet?". If you do not click on this toggle, no gift wallet will be opened. There is an option in Settings to open a gift wallet at a later stage should you change your mind.

The Contributors are friends, family, colleagues, team members or communities who post on the event message board and who may pay money into the gift Wallet (if applicable). Contributors will receive a notification and link to the final message board at the time it is delivered to the Recipient, whether the event is in-person or remote.

The Guardian is the person who creates the event. The Guardian controls the event, determines the close date, opens a Wallet (if applicable), monitors the posts, and decides how the event is delivered to the Recipient.

The Guardian has overall responsibility for the Wallet. It is the Guardian's decision which gift is purchased, and how the gift shall be delivered or whether the Wallet is transferred to the Recipient for them to make their own gift selection.

This would depend on the purpose of the event you have created.

An online only event could stay open until moments before the recipient receives the message board.

A message board that will be used as an online guest book, we would recommend keeping open for a few days or weeks after the event to allow people to upload their photos and videos.

As the Guardian (the creator of the board), you'll find an "Add Contributors" button at the top of your board preview screen. Clicking this opens a window where you can enter email addresses—either by typing them individually or pasting a list. Once you click "Invite Contributors," an invitation email will be sent to everyone you've listed. As contributors accept their invitations, they’ll automatically move from the “Invited” to the “Contributed” section.

Alternatively, you can copy the unique invite link and share it via a personal email—ideal for wedding guest books or situations where company firewalls may flag automated emails. If your board is set to public in the settings, you won’t need to invite contributors by email at all—simply share the public link via social media, WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

Lastly, if the board is public, anyone who receives an invite can forward it to others, making it easy for more people to join in and contribute.
